To do the dirty work of the NDC.Otherwise how can one explain,why by now not even Bart Oduro or any member of the NDC has been indicted in the report,but Mr Kuffour and Nana Addo have been cited?With all the rot which has been going on in the successive Governments since independence,is a traverse of justice to cite only the two men.If anything at all Ghana must persecute all Governments since we became independent then we shall have true justice.Other wise it is either we give amnesty and forge ahead or startcalling all members of the previous governments to book and keep matching time on our development.We are wasting more time doing dirty politics of trying to damage our political opponents,then trying to develop this Country for the betterment of our people.

Daily guide is at it again. Where in the report did the commission conclude that all the rules were followed by the attorney general's department in regards payment to Woyome. The commission indicted all persons involved in the payment of the judgment debt to Woyome including the judge who ruled in favor of Woyome. There may have been no payment should the Judge did not rule in favor of Woyome. The Judge is thereby part of the problem as the commission rightly stated.
It is important to note that it is not only NPP members who are cited in the report. The citations cut across the political divide. We must accept facts as facts if we want to move forward. The political coloring will not get us anywhere.

If the Ghana Daily Guide editors are after minute by minute blow of the Woyome saga then why not fault the Sole Commissioner for not indicting all of parliament, the ministry of Sports, Kufour and his administration? Was it not the Kufour era procurement process that gave us Woyome? It is obvious NPP and its supporters will never be satisfied with this report or any other report unless of course, it is a damning report that singles out NDC members.

Here is a little piece of advice for the editors(s) at Daily Guide: for as long as the case brought by Woyome against the nation was not summarily thrown out, any judgment, with or without conditions became the vehicle for which Woyome eventually derived his financial gain. A judge does not have the latitude to render a verdict of monetary value to claimant that is premised on a successful appeal. The case before the court either has merit or does not otherwise all cases in Ghana would have to wait until they wind their way up to the Supreme Court of Ghana to be final. What is the point in losing a case in the lower courts in Ghana if judges had the latitude to engage in rendering judgments not based on merit but on suppositions? Shame on you editors at the Daily Guide for trying to excite your base support of zealots due to a report that does not favor your demi-god Kufour and his bunch.
