  In Ghana there is intellectuals corruption in public office. People in office treat public office as their own personal property. I mean people in office from the President, Doctor, CEO, IGP,Chief Justice, Speaker, to the police man in the street.

  what about the monies lost over the past years? how do we recover them ? How can future defaulters know that they will surely face the rigours, of the law if they steal money from state coffers ?
