  DVLA GHANA. THE MOST CORRUPT INSTITUTION IN THE WORLD. FROM HEAD TO TOE, EVERYONE WHO WORKS IN THEIR VARIOUS BRANCHES IN GHANA ARE CORRUPT.
  U HAVE TO PAY MONEY JUST FOR SOMEONE TO SIGN YOUR DOCUMENT. The corruption over there is so ugly that it has become a norm. People literally becomes rich overnight when they get position over there at the expense of innocent people.
  With this kind of dirt, I wonder how people sleep at night when they starts counting all their corrupt allotments.

  It is NOT true that the drivers' license has become the main ID required by the public and institutions in transactions that require proof or evidence of identification. This statement that the drivers' license is the main ID card is totally FALSE. This is not true. I have never used my Drivers' license for identification. I use my passport. So stop throwing dust into people's eyes.
