  May be the Accountant had too much money and was just wasting it. Why dole out so much money to some one you hardly know. But I have a problem with one of the charges which is to the effect of possession of fake currency without authority. Are there instances where one is allowed to possess fake currency? If yes under what circumstances and who grants that authority? How can I apply for such authority?
