If your voters give the Gov't a non-performance approval-rating, the Gov't instead of listening, outright rejects it and commend themselves on a good job done. WOW.

As a people, we complain too much. Ghana is not alone with erratic power supplies, and if you look at the landscape, we are better off than others in the provision of electricity. Ivory Coast has electricity for only 40% of its population compared to 95% in Ghana, and yet suffers constant black outs. South Africa and Nigeria the so-called economic giants in Africa are worse off in electricity generation and supply. I was in Botswana and the situation is so bad that one is not even allowed to put on water heaters during the winter. Britain has had to ration power to some sections of the country recently and the list goes on and on. Although I agree that the endemic erratic power supply in Ghana is hurting businesses and making living a bit uncomfortable, we have to remember that this is not a situation that is happening only in Ghana. I am sure the government is also doing all within its powers to address the situation. We must learn to suffer small to achieve greater things.

Corruption levels in Ghana started with Woyome, and then came GYEEDA,SUBAH,SADA,NSS. There has also being VVIP cocaine saga.
Lets look at the economy. Our Cedi is a free fall. This Mahama's government is the worse I have seen in Ghana.
Ghana is not blind and this current government have no direction for Ghana and we know it. This government must be replaced, the sooner, the better.

Hmmm, Mr. Terkpe, we hear you. So you mean the Dum-sor situation is a cool thing that everyone in the country should be proud of, don't you? Let's assume that your gov't fixes that horrible power situation prevailing in Ghana, it'll not be enough to ask for commendation or retaining your seat and that of the deceitful, lair, clueless and incompetent John Mahama.
Ghanaians have had enough of your bogus handling of the economy, which has led to Ghana running to IMF for economic bail out. Didn't Dr. Bawumia warn your NDC gov't and ministry about the imminent economic decline when he saw the indicators? You NDC apparatchiks, led by Fiifi Kwetey, Okuzeto Ablakwa, Felix Ofosu Kwaakye and Asiedu Nketia started insulting the astute statistician and economist, and demanded his head. Now what do we see?
The evidence is clear for all to see as people of all walks of life keep crying for economic relief under this bogus gov't. It's clear that the center cannot hold for our sagging economy even with all the IMF bail out funds. Gov't has been forced to increase tariffs, fuel prices (15%) in some cases to the chagrin of workers and the ordinary people.
Labour Unions have threatened to stage demonstrations, in protest of the current price hikes; doctors and nurses have had cause to complain about their wages etc. So you're satisfied with all these negative remarks you're hearing?
Instead of finding something inspiring to say to Ghanaians you rather attempt to mock the suffering people. Well, I, as many Ghanaians, aren't surprised at all; your NDC gov't is clueless and incompetent and your performance so far, and the results clearly shows---keep on tickling yourself as if you're doing good. Hmmm!!!

Economists see economic ups and downs with a large view. Individual people aren't part of what they are paid to consider.
Nevertheless, his position as Minister of Energy makes him part of Ghana's government, which means to be successful he must be a great politician...which he obviously is not.
He may be a great economist, but unless he can have a brain transplant, he will likely make a poor Minister of Energy, and will likely bring more political heartache on Ghana's parliment.
