The behavior is most likely a vehicular manslaughter but not a political activity for which the culprit's Mother's Partisan affiliation should be dwelled upon for any cheap attacks.

If the culprit is formally known by the Law Enforcement Agencies to be someone who has been misusing his Mother's political clout to abuse the Law and other folks, then it would have been a different issue in which the implied arrogance may deserve such political reference.

Reference to the Mother and her political affiliation, in this case, ought to have been limited to identifying the culprit in the body of the Article, and not used as a Caption.

This kind of reportage could backfire, or start a whole new trend of linking Parties to any common misdemeanor someone commits. Are we now going to tally the number of crimes members or sympathizers of every Party commits to see which Party has the most criminals, or what?

Our Political maturity, as a Nation, is reflected in even how we share and discuss stories of this nature.
