    The Chinese company won the contract through the correct process and Omane Boamah single-handedly cancelled the contract just like in the case of the Bankswitch contract, which was also single-handedly cancelled by Hanna Tett ...

    Where is Mahama and his A-G in all this? The cabinet has the A-G and the president as the head of cabinet. Please president, put on your thinking cap and take control of the situation.

    So, where the termination clauses in these government contracts and why are not due processes followed if one party feels the need to terminate a contract? And where is the A-G when all these contracts are drawn up? SMH

    another case of funding through the back door, if a contract was for $95m why is the company suing for $200m? Is it because they have been told to do so?

    This is not logical. Why agree before the contract is scrutinized? They they just want to rubber stamp it? Or it was all deliberate so they share the money with the Chinese?
