    Good reason to settle the judgement debt quickly to avoid interest cost. But the use of illegal and unethical means is not acceptable. This is a breach of the procurement. Spio should manage his apparent arrogance.

    Inability of NDC to appoint qualified persons into Ministerial positions causing the huge financial loss to Ghana. NDC TO PAY and not from Ghanaian Tax. SC to decide - period.
