It is truly s system with too many loopholes nd government abuse. Spio should never have the authority of executing the contract without presidential approval, with Ghana system. Lastly for a brutal ripping off Ghana by foreign companies by the trans_pacific trade agreement, is a direct result. Spio needs to resign nd face justice while president need to educate and explain how he plans to settle the debt. He can't be silent.

Ghanaians should call a demonstration against the government for selling the country's assets without public transparency.
