That's what happens when inexperienced people are appointed into key policy and strategic positions.
This is a common problem in most countries in Africa and we need to address it urgently. Lets vote experienced people into parliament or when young people are voted into Parliament we should not be in a hurry to make them Ministers.

GRADUATES CAN ONLY FIT INTO THE INDUSTRIAL WHEN PROFESSORS AND LECTURERS AT THE PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES IN DO HAVE THE THE NECESSARY TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES TO EDUCATED AND TRAIN THEIR STUDENTS TO HAVE THE NECESSARY TOOLS THAT CAN TRASFORM MTHE ECONOMY.
IF THE GHANAIAN SO CALLLED PROFESSORS AND LECTURERS ONLY CONTINUE TO EDUCATE THEIR STUDENTS MERELY TO ACHIEVE DISTINCTION, TO GET A JOB, TO BE EFFICIENT, TO HAVE WIDER DOMINATION ON OTHERS, THEN, THE DEVELOPMENT BOF THE COUNTRY WILL CONTINUE TO BE SHALLOW AND EMPTY.
UNLESS THE CURRICULUM AT OUR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITIES ARE OVERHAULED AND GEARD TOWARDS TECHNICAL INNOVATION, THESE SPEECHES AND CONFERENCES WILL NOT FALL SHORT IN THE COUNTRY.
THE INDIVIDUAL IS OF FIRST IMPORTANCE,NOT THE SYSTEM,AND AS LONG AS THE INDIVIDUAL DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE TOTAL PROCESS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, NO SYSTEM CAN BRING ORDER IN GHANA.
