NDC IS REALLY INSENSITIVE TO NORTHERN POVERTY...northerners, open ur eyes and see the real evil evil evil forces you have put in power....so evil that they dont even remember they are from the poor so they shouldnt steal so much money for their private use whilst the masses in the north and volta continue to suffer so painfully as kayayes and trokosis and hewers of wood and drawers of water........almost one billion dollars paid as fake jdgmt debts to cronies whilst sodom and gomorrah residents live like animals ....why sada, subah, gyeeda, etc etc whilst sodom and gomorrah live like animals......as for fake useless jdgmt debts, the payment still continues like what hannah tetteh cancelled a contract and caused us to pay sooooooo much in jdgnt debts....all these are going on whilst the north and volta continue to be hewers of wood and drawers of water,,,,,hhhaaaaabbbbaaaahhhhh,,,,,,,ndc ndc ndc is reallly evil evil evil evil evil.....loads of lawyers, mps. ministers, spokespersons, serial callers etc etcetc.....very very very evil indeed.....

They deserve better so stop this cheap politicization of the issue of solving the flooding problem in Accra. By the way, why do you think that some people practice tribalism when they vote in a certain way but when another ethnic group vote 90% for a particular party, their voting is mot tribalism? Do you think the people from the regions that you keep insulting will vote for your party because of your insults. Change your strategy if you really want to get votes from these very people you are insulting.

You can not sell or market a non performing govt . Lie and steal as much as you want ut the people of Ghana are sophisticated enough to determine the truth and not fall for propaganda lies. The facts speak for themselves , for example before NDC took over we had the rating of a an A- or AAB with a tendency to a A+ of AAA rating , today we are a C- heading for a D due to reckless borrowing , gross mismanagement and institutionalized corruption which has stopped all investments even from our own Akan dominated diaspora. The fact is our economy is in shambles and our rating in the toilet, not suprising as our leading is nothing but a toilet carrier's son like most of his pepeni appointees .This Boko harem fake ass govt has not even read the bible to notice that it says even the ''woe unto any nation which allows its slave to rule '' which means intoday's language that any nation that allows the incompetent to rule will most surely suffer. History has proven this , the Mayan civilization fell in a matter of months just because of a coup or uprising whereby the people killed their leaders and ate their brains thinking that the way to get compentence. Here in in Ghana we have the various Ewes and their coups supported by the pepeni murdering their masters like Atta Mills was . We have 2 major parties which both lack any form of ideology or ideologist , Kuffuor eliminated Prof Eduboahen and his Fant thinkers from his Legon days, NDc murdered Atta Mills the only true patriot ideologist the end result being there is no cohesive thinking except the various tribalism / envious anti Akan leanings of the northerners and the voltarians. Yes we shall bring them down by exposing them for what they really are . This hopeless fools deep down hope for an authoritarian dictatorship as it only in these systems of governance that soldiers and police directly control the affairs of governance at the expense of the people . Democracy or plurality of thought is considered a threat and atrocities against humanity their every thrill. The institutions of state are so weakened by the corruption that things are falling apart right in front of our eyes and we see disaster after disaster occurring.Dumsor,flooding, and bankruptcy around the corner and yet they still instead of resigning are hoping for another term. Ministers(Avoka)are so incompetent that one minister had his son go for army training as all they know is how to chop Ghana's money,none know how to make it.Kuffuor sold our gold field so the tens of billions that leave the country every year is not invested in the economy and this govt can not not create a law that will force them to keep the money here or tax them 90% of the profits as they do not know the wealth of the nation must belong to the people of the nation . Rather they fantasize of laws just to limit the freedoms of the people and cause more hardship.We Akans must remain steadfast and make sure we exit this nightmare of a mess called Ghana unified for the future our children as this can never be repaired or fixed

You are unable to tell us if Mills entered into another agreement with Bankswitch because according to you the contract with it was abrogated by Kufuor. Logically, since Mill was not the one who sign the contract with Bankswitch and also abrogated it, then the judgment debt was in respect of the contract that Kufuor terminated. Events have proved that NPP after all what it preach to be a law abiding party and respect the rule of law does the contrary. NPP does not respect the rule of law and order.

Go and see how Prez Mahama of Ghana has transformed Gonjaland with Ghana money just within the two and half years that he has been in power. Every town, village and hamlet in Gonjaland has received a facelift with new facilities such as roads, toilet facilities, markets, mosques, good quality water projects, electricity extension projects, etc. The question is did J. J. Rawlings do the same thing to Voltarians when he was in power for twenty years? What about Atta Mills. The good old Prof was in power for three and a half years yet he was not selfish to only concentrate on his people in Ekumfi Etuam and the central Region but rather his whole thought was for the general good. No wonder under the care of Prez Mills, Ghana achieved a growth rate of 11%, single digit inflation and the smooth implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy where newly recruited police personnel received the nominal equivalence of 500dollars as monthly salary. Compare these achievements to the nepotism and selfish policies of the Mahama government that has crippled the Ghanaian economy. I really weep for Ewes and Fantis whose votes brought Mahama to power and yet are the hardest hit by the current hardship prevailing in the country.

I thought there was a report culled from Joyonline yesterday alleging that a certain revenue consultant (Kudzo Akpadey) had come forward as a whistle blower to reveal that it was a Minister of Trade and Industries who caused the contract with Bankswitch to be abrogated?. However, we are reading from the thieving ex-Minister, who signed the contract without seeking parliamentary scrutiny and approval alleging that it was Mr. Bebako Mensah who instructed Mr. Dufuor, then Finance Minister to abrogate the contract. Question is: which version of events do we have to believe? That of Dr Akoto Osei, who signed the contrract, later was a prosecution witness for Bankswitch and who assisted Bankswitch to dupe Ghanaians or the so-called revenue consultant turned whistle blower ( Kudzo Akpadey)? Ghanaians have to woke up and smell the coffee. NPP is doing everything to muddy the waters. I suspect they were expecting a fat cut from Bankswitch's judgement debt for their 2016 campaign.

Dr. Akoto Osei does think just like the average street person in Ghana; he needs not forward thinking or logical thinking processes. If he did he would know that behind every judgment debt in Ghana is one and only one issue: contracts between Ghana government and private entities are subject to whims of subsequent governments. How do we, as a nation, ensure this practice it put to pasture? Instead of members of Ghana's parliament, with consent and advice from the judiciary, enacting processes or constitutional amendment that help solidify and obligate ruling parties/governments to do the right thing by Ghana we have silliness and hypocrisy as standing bearer to Ghana politics.

The question for you, Dr. Akoto Osei is this: would we continue to have the arbitrary termination of contracts if parliament debated contracts between government and private entities with built in citizen comment period before contracts are finalized and once finalized became binding and without recourse by any subsequent government for the duration of contract? What possible reason would any snort-face Member of Parliament and executive of a ruling party member have to abrogate such contracts?

You guys and gals pretend to be wise because of classroom education are sorry excuses for human development and intellectual maturity processes.

How much did he offer us on Vodafone, the Drill Ship sales, and others that he might have been part of?

If Bankswitch is claiming Ghana owes it and the Government thinks otherwise, isn't the Courts that have to decide? Why would Bebako Mensah answer to Dr. Akoto-Osei, particularly, in lieu of any Court order?

If the MP, Dr. Anthony Akoto Osei, wants to get to the bottom of this, couldn't he research the claims himself until finally satisfied or otherwise?

If the confused Mills gave a contract if three months to bank switch for a fee but was on the same day convinced that GC net could do same for free, I think it was only prudent that he changed his mind to save Ghana some cash. However, knowing the criminal NDC, I wonder if they even mentioned it to the prez. Since mills was blind he could have even signed himself without knowing.

That said however, was it true that the contract was awarded without parliamentary approval? Is it also true that Akoto Osei testified against Ghana? What was his interest in all this that he could be so unpatriotic?
