    He can be tried here in Accra if the security of his area and his own life is at stake. I am a layman but it doesn't take a bird's brain to figure this out.

    First and formost the fugitive's Lawyers should have sought Extradtion judgement by a Court in Bolgatanga before being transferred to the Higher Court in Accra.

    You right the transfer is not across international frontiers ,and that extradition process should not used ,but the fact still holds that a Court in Bolgatanga should have ruled on it before initiation of any transfer .

    What if they judge in blatant a said the case is beyond his jurisdiction and so they should try in high estate Cort which is in Accra..it is also a discretion of the judge to decide whether he can set a trial or not,
