    Yes we need to know if there has been a refund or any assets confiscated. Ghanaians as someone said today needs to be led by strong and charismatic leader.

    Not only a refund but jail time as well. What is wrong with us? No wonder every government official feels it is OK to steal, at worst you get fired that is all and then you go spend the money.

    The pay the money back to the hospital and be jailed for their action. Otherwise,others will do same knowibg that they will only loose their jobs and be allowed go home to enjoy thier lute.
