    When governance in Ghana means making money either by hook or crook, the result is moral decadence. A criminally oriented society is then established, nourished and oiled to serve its Capos through the prisons.

    The earlier we start investing in our rpisoners and turning the prison into a mini poly technical institution the better the nation would ripe the benefit of the outcomes.

    Don't be worried. Our leaders since time immemorial are themseves criminal so it is not surprising they not caring about poeple becoming more criminals instead of being reformed.
