    100% foolish argument. If my income cannot buy a house why not enjoy the luxury of a car. You bring down the price of a house to that of a car and see the number of Ghanaians who will rush for house.

    importion of row materials ,contruction Equipment ,Transport (cargo trunks)
    make the cedis expensive 40,000 cedis Trunks is now 160,000cedis.
    pickup at 15,000us dolla ,which was 18,000 cedis is now 63,000cedis
    affecting.

    This is absolute nonsense. Why do you have to buy houses in US dollars and not in Ghana Cedis, knowing clearly that the the Ghana Cedis is very volatile?
