How can he turn round now to challenge any election results? 'You make your bed, so you lie in'.The talk about factionalism is a fact of modern day political life- if you belong to a winning team, you win, if you belong to a losing side, you lose; straight & simple. The Akufo Addo bandwagon is about to roll and it will surely steam roll anyone who stands in its way; you either join for the greater good of the party or be left in the wake of the steam roller & perish in the 'almighty steam'. Every town, village and hamlet in Gonjaland has received a facelift with new facilities such as roads, toilet facilities, markets, mosques, good quality water projects, electricity extension projects, etc. The question is did J. J. Rawlings do the same thing to Voltarians when he was in power for twenty years? What about Atta Mills. The good old Prof was in power for three and a half years yet he was not selfish to only concentrate on his people in Ekumfi Etuam and the central Region but rather his whole thought was for the general good. No wonder under the care of Prez Mills, Ghana achieved a growth rate of 11%, single digit inflation and the smooth implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy where newly recruited police personnel received the nominal equivalence of 500dollars as monthly salary. Compare these achievements to the nepotism and selfish policies of the Mahama government that has crippled the Ghanaian economy. I really weep for Ewes and Fantis whose votes brought Mahama to power and yet are the hardest hit by the current hardship prevailing in the country.

People, read the following:
Accra, March 13, GNA - An Accra Fast Track High Court on Tuesday granted a Review Application brought before it by Dr Richard Anane, former Road Transport Minister, and therefore quashed the decision of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) of September 15, 2006 against him.

The Court, presided over by Mr Justice Baffoe Bonnie, an Appeal Court Judge with an additional responsibility on the matter as a High Court Judge, stated that the Commission ought to have based its investigations into allegations against Dr Anane on a formal complaint. The Court held that by conducting its own investigations against the former Minister without a complaint emanating from any complainant, CHRAJ was arrogating to itself constitutional mandate outside its jurisdiction.

This is a man of double standards. When Chraj ruled against him, he found it sensible to go to court.

You defeat is due to the manouvres perpetuated by Akuffo Addo and his cohorts by bribing delegates to vote against all MP who do not support him. So Honourable, please go independent and we shall vote for you massively. This applies to all NPP MPs, especially those in Ashanti Region who lost their primaries. It is not fair for Akuffo Addo to bribe and dictate to Delegates who they should vote for. NPP as a party does not belong to Akuffo Addo.
