    Madam desilting gutters is one thing but making the gutters soo small that if it rains the gutters overflow is another issue.

    Joyce, come on. You should know better. District assemblies must be able to put measures in place to generate revenue. Why should the state fund them.

    Rebuild the entire drainage system in Accra and elsewhere. Underground drainage is better than the current system of open gutters. Bury the gutters.

    They are filthy and unhealthy anyway.
