  Why Ghanaian engineers why what at all did u guys go to school for?u all not committed to ur professions just filling ur pockets without any remorse

  Local Authorities ave to work out how to raise monies for these projects.Our lack of accountability is a major headache. Our love of easy money is another big problem. The planning permission to build should include new demands for land drainage, vegetation treatment, sewage and waste disposal as well as utility supplies such as buried cables rather than overhead cabling.
  
  It is so simple on call on government to do all. How much is government income and expenditure?
  We soon will find out that we can not borrow money externally as we do now without selling our freedom. We are running out of external support such as we currently enjoy because those countries that helped us are themselves experiencing finance difficulties.
  
  Wake up my fellow countrymen and stop this useless blame blame blame game.

  Joyce, come on. You should know better. District assemblies must be able to put measures in place to generate revenue. Why should the state fund them.

  Rebuild the entire drainage system in Accra and elsewhere. Underground drainage is better than the current system of open gutters. Bury the gutters.

  It's not our gutters who killed them, they were burn to death by Goil Ghana Ltd. If we can continue building all around Accra where to you expect our rain water to go. You will say the water should go into our gutters builded when there were few concrete buildings.
  There is nothing John Mahama govt to prevent flooding in Accra, nothing apart of blaming the flood, instead of of blaming planning and maintenance.
  Goil fire killed Ghanaians and the President is pretending it was flood that killed them. The people got burn not drown. Those few who drown where running away from the fire.
  Shame to Mahama govt and his NDC.
