    Do you know that USA produces more than 9 million barrels of oil a day.Besides no country in Europe pays less than $7 for a gallon of petrol.

    The european countries have loaded their fuel price with tax. In UK, about 60% of the price of fuel is tax. someone can correct me if am wrong.

    I'm not sure if this will work, the companies will come together as a cartel and fix prices. just like OPEC decides on how much oil should be produced in order to determine prices.
