Almost 60% of people living in greater Accra do not have access to portable drinking water and yet our water company caution public on dam spillage?.no wonder we are still the same .ghana needs generational thinkers not fools ...

Why spill excess water instead of creating storage,to hold excess water. You may need it during the draught season.Please think about it, because the capital is over populated, and water is on high demand.

If YES, why should it be authorized knowing very well that this situation will arise.? Let us be proactive in our plannings and seal off avoidable situations.
