    we shd start decongesting accra.
    Accra is too congested. Too congested for any meaningful activity.

    Laws are made for reasons. So if parliament enacted a law, we expect them to work. My point is 1. Parliament made laws and the people refused to obey and they asked the law enforcement agencies to hold back.
