    Your warning was too short and late. Most people already by 5 that we were going to expect heavy rains. The warning should have at least 3 days to the event. You guys are too lazy. Shut up!

    In Europe the weather forcast is given a week ahead, and you are saying you gave the alert some few hours before the rain. How do you expect people to react to that? This is nonsense

    Junior school Meteo Department. A well established and efficient Meteo Department give disasters forecast weeks and months before they occur. What do you think an hour or half an hour forecast can achieve?
