At the time Kutu Acheampong overthrew the Busia Government, Busia had brought in an Israeli Construction company to begin the building of a central sewage system for Accra. Kutu kicked them out (in the name of Africa Unity & d Palestinian course ..... that was stupid politics but nothing else).

No other government has tackled that problem for years. Rawlings was in power for over 20 years .... did he ever thought about this issue ?
It is hypocrisy for him to walk around making this useless noise.

The NDC Govt. is even much more useless and reckless.
