Have you asked yourself why some of them sell the sweets? If you go to work and for SEVEN MONTHS you have not been paid, how do you and your family survive? It is not teachers alone, the ministries as well. Is the government not encouraging corruption? These workers must eat and feed their families as well so how can you blame the teachers for selling in our schools? It is not acceptable for the teachers to be selling but for seven months without pay how can you blame them. Those in the ministries cannot sell and that is why the demand money from you to speed up whatever you went there to do.

Things are very hard for these teachers while government officials are enjoying freebies at the expense of these poor teachers.
Ghana Education Service and that Controller and Accountant General are some of the most corrupt and useless institutions in the country,we need to decentralize the payment system and get rid of that useless CAGD, it is too large and very corrupt making everyone of them working there a rich person while the workers who are more educated than most of them are suffering.
