Government of Ghana should call a spade by its rightful name and stop playing dilly darling with the government of Burundi. Ghana should condemn the actions of the Burundi President on no uncertain terms for trapping the Constitution under feet by trying to extend his term in office for a third term. Pressures from Heads of State in Africa should force him to leave office to avoid any more lost of lives.

Because of Nkrumah's greed for power many in Africans think tyranny, one-party state, killing of political opponents and misrule with impunity is the right way to rule in Africa.

CPP was the first party to rig election in Africa and all others have since been following. Our leaders even do not care when able-bodied Africans perish in high seas trying to run away from misrule nad hardship

This is the legacy President Kwame Nkrumah left Africans but we as Ghanaians cannot call a spade by its real name.

This is an issue you will not see Professor Lungu, Francis Kwarteng, Kojo T and other Nkrumahists commenting on. They are trapped. If they condemn the Burundi President whose term has come to the end but is trying to stay in power, that will expose their tin god who did worse than this Burundi President. At least this guy is willing to go through elections to be decided by the people, something Nkrumah denied the citizens of Ghana of by declaring himself President for life and one Party state.

If they support this Burundi government,that will also expose them as people who support autocratic and despotic leaders.

The Nkrumahists are trapped between the rock and the deep blue ocean.

The Burundian president is saying that the 2005 Burundian constitution stipulates that the president should be elected by universal sufferage for a maximum of two five - year terms.He was elected by the National Assembly after the civil war - before that constitution was drawn up.Thus,he is bounded by the constitutional limit which started AFTER he was elected the first time,by UNIVERSL SUFFERAGE(in pursuant to the new constitutional mandate).He was supported by the Burundian Constitutional Court which ruled in his favor.

The majority of Ghanaians voted for Osagyefo to be president(they rejected Danquah the terrorist and traitor,who before that was trounced twice in his own hometown of Kyebi, by his nephew and ex - wife),and CPP their party.

Note,the governing parties of Tunku Abdul Rahman and Lee Kuan Yew( Malaysia and Singapore)have been in power with token opposition since independence,and both countries have been characterized as one-party states(with PDAs stonger than Nkrumah's)by the opposition.But luckily,the opposition terrorists could not overthrow the governments.Had Nkrumah been left alone to develop this country,Sarpong and all the Mate Meho children would not even think of going to live and do menial jobs(like cleaning old folks rear ends.XXXX, y'all can do that in Ghana) abroad.

At the recent forum of African leaders in Accra, they failed to discuss the issue of limiting terms of presidents to two. Burundi was peaceful until the idiot of a president decides to go in for s third term contrary to the constitution. The so called African leaders including the AU failed to condemn the decision. Now that the troubles have begun, they are calling for calm. Hypocrites. African presidents do but like to relinquish power. Why? Pure greed. Nothing else.
