    STATE BURIAL MUST BE FOR EXCEPTIONAL ACHIEVEMENT, BUT THESE DAYS ANYONE QUALIFIES IF ONE IS POLITICALLY WELL CONNECTED. JONES MADE HIS CONTRIBUTION, YES BUT HE DOES NOT DESERVE STAATE BURIAL.
