    only military or if required by states for hurricane evacuation route..I work for huge warehouse company with many trucks and when power is out our pumps are off!

    You are always lamenting instead of doing something. What to do? Convert the pumps to manual drive.Switch off the air conditioners. Light your petrol stations with solar panels.
