The need for....? Who should be coming up with actionable plans for bridging that gap? Is it not Ayariga and his Ministry. Why is he telling students who do not even have internet access on their campus? The students should be solving these problem from their mobile phones while ministers go around thinking about where to get the next seized car for their girlfriends. I have the name of the mister and VIN number of the Toyota Highlander that was gifted out last Tuesday. Let any stupid NDC man challenge me here.
