    The GCAA cannot refuse to inspect your aircraft or maintenance facilities if you have met all the criteria required.

    I hope their aircraft is not from huge airliner graveyards out in the western Nevada desert. Thousands of airliners are sent to the desert. Many of them are the less efficient but they end up going overseas-West Africa etc ...
