This alone proves that you are not a serious guy for GCAA to waste their time on you.

If you meet the criteria and standards for an operating license just go to Court to force GCAA to issue you a license.

By the way do you have a license from the Federal Aviation Authiority in the USA to operate from there as well or the UK and Chinese Authorities to operate in their airspace.

If you can prove these licenses these would be enough for the Courts to force GCAAA to issue you one if you have met similar standards you met in the US or UK. This is the way to go about it and not on your knees begging Mahama. He is not GCAAA!

Why will GCAA do that? I have trusted the GCAA for years now, and I want you to believe me that they do good things for aviation to thrive in Ghana. You are not doing something right that is why, because they will not sabotage any investor. From what I see, you want use Ghana as your base and you don't even have an office. If you do where is it? The least I talk about you staff the better because you don't even have one in Ghana. Find out what GCAA criteria is from them and take up things from there, that is my advice.

This is a hard working individual who wants to contribute his quota towards development of the economy of Ghana. He is bringing honor and dignity to the nation. Even small nations in Africa operate their own airlines with dignity and pride, what about Ghana which supposedly has the acronym "Gateway to Arica". We are only good at praising and supporting empty and stupid promises to the detriment of improving our economy. For Christ's sake GCAAA take action and issue the license to the this hard working individual who is trying to bring dignity and respect to the nation. Stop this jealousy, look-warm and sabotage attitude of yours before this venture collapses. You are indeed dragging your name into the mud. All Ghanaians are patiently waiting to see the outcome of this issue.

I can't believe why President Mahama will not intervene by firing Mrs. Hoffman from GCAA when she will vow not to allow private business take off for the benefit of the people of Ghana . This is an acceptable. She think the GCAA is her personal property. It's time Ghanaian change their perspective concerning our approach to business ideas and support the private business. President please use your executive power to intervene for the sake of a better Ghana. Thank you and looking forward to your response. Mr Bannerman deserve a fair treatment because he wants to create a decent job for the people of Ghanaians who are employed. . Thank you.

I hope their aircraft is not from huge airliner graveyards out in the western Nevada desert. Thousands of airliners are sent to the desert. Many of them are the less efficient but they end up going overseas-West Africa etc ...

After the 9/11 attack ended, entire fleets of airliners were sent to the desert. With continued terrorist threats, high cost of fuel, and passenger concern, the boneyards remain filled to the brim with aircraft. Ironically, some aircraft that were on order as of 9/11 were rolled off of the assembly line, and flown directly to storage in Mojave without carrying a single paying passenger. Boneyards have again filled up with during wave of high fuel costs and the economic crisis.
Not only have airlines cut back flights, but they are attempting to operate fewer but fuller aircraft.

I believe the GCAA is doing the citizens of Ghana a huge safety service by resisting airline certification to a bunch of travel agents.

Goldstar is not capable of flying passengers - anywhere - safely.
