It's all beginning to make sense now why this Govt is failing and why the economy is on it's knees. The calibre of ministers and deputy ministers we have running the affairs of this country are just not good enough. No proper work experience, our deputy finance minister will not even get a job as a Finance manager in any multinational company. Oh my Ghana.

not healthy to the economy and the way forward; b'cos the fact that someone has University education though is good,but meaningless, and not a conclusive proof that the person can perform to credibility. The fact is, the person himself or herself is often
shaken in secrecy when it comes to the job.
Therefore,the deputies should have better been placed as a 3rd or 2nd officials under Deputy Minister to undertake on the job Training to rise through the ranks,to save themselves from embarrassment.
Eg.Remember,on the day to hold a discussion with Civil Society,on European PartnershipAgreement(EPA)
the then Sector Minister(trade) Haruna
Iddrisu was present at meeting with empty hands without any format on what was to be discussed. So the experienced among them complained to him about his shortcomings. Imagine !
This shows how clueless and the levels of incompetencies of the one who appointment them.
