    There must be a private police or millitry unit that monitor all police activities in the country. This body must have a complain unit to receive information. They must have powers to prosecute.

    Especially there is one criminal of a chief inspector called DUFFUOR in MTTU ACCRA CENTRAL. dont know if he still there,very arrogant and very very corrupt.

    Every police personnel on joining the service must train to handle the job of Mttu giving a time frame all others already in the service to be trained at regional levels after which the division of Mttu will be phased out ...

    Not just talk, find a way to arrest the one, one cedi police on our roads. Any civilize country will look for a way to arrest them, sometims yourself as a commander come can be in the bus to arrest them and hand them over.

    That is true the mttu has seriousely damage the gh police image. They should be thought to advice motorist in some cases rather than arrest. The cedi is not perfect in value so things follow suit, old cars on our roads.
