    Is the University an Island on its own? Don,t the University authorities know that the offense is a security threat to nation as a whole? What security systems do they put in place to avert any calamity?

    Security agencies only after UG have completed their own internal investigations and have determined that the security agencies should be called and in this case it is the Police Service and not BNI
