  Technology can be useful and trusted but only when used in the right way and controlled by the right people. Within 2 hours after the close of polls in a national election the winner must be known. This can be implemented easily and securely.
  
  NCA and telco's must ensure that customers receive secure internet connections. Too many people are running out of business just because they used local networks.
