The level of poverty among some of our folks is unimaginable.Because people don't have money to go to hospital when sick they resort to all kind of remedies .I am not the least skeptical about the bereaved mother's story.There are a lot of irresponsible men in Ghana making babies lef and right and abandoning them leaving the whole burden of care on the women

It looks like they were on the way to the hospital when the child died. This report is an example of the shoddy contemporary journalism in Ghana. They expect us (readers) to fill in the gaps.

These young mothers need to be educated to seek clinical treatment for themselves and their sick babies. Reason why "Health care" must be affordable to the citizens of Ghana like Ms Lamptey. Ghanaians didn`t vote to elect leaders to enrich themselves but to make life bearable to all. May this child RIP.

As soon as soon as I coughed for a few hours then she would say Catch him for me!, he needs some Akakaduro and M&B. Our parents born us so plenty and no money to send us to hospital. Probably, the poor woman did the same thing my mother used to us. Thank God that some of us survived these terrible Akakaduro ordeal!
