They are not creative in their various office and cannot take their offices to the next level. Go to most offices in Ghana, most answers are oh manager,accountant etc is not there.

I am appealing to the Union to use its good offices for the calculation of the pension to be based on the old method of 50% instead of the current 37.5%. We those retiring in 2015 onwards will surely suffer and that is savagery. If the system is being changed it should be phased out gradually but not making a pensioner poorer. That is wickedness and God does not like that and may punish accosrdingly. Government must fly back to the old system and phase it out gradually if need be.

Labour organization; union leaders must avoid confrontation as the world as we are in the world volitability and vulnerable economy;union members must understand the utilities are not free; eventhough wage increase still remain stalemate, but, the utility provider still have to import skill and technical know how carrying on duties ..but, as far as Ghana is concern most people in Ghana still using public utilities free which that perception need to be changed.unionized and labour movement must not be politicized
