It is really an expensive joke.
The money for the By-pass was stolen, and used to buy expensive luxury cars for somebody's comfort.

It seems as if after every 5000 hours running time, the whole plant will have to be shut ...

It is really an expensive joke.
The money for the By-pass was stolen, and used to buy expensive luxury cars for somebody's comfort.

It seems as if after every 5000 hours running time, the whole plant will have to be shut down for two weeks, because there is no by-pass compressor which is normally present in every western planned project.

We can surely comfort ourselves, when our Ministers pass by in a convoy of luxury cars on our poor roads, searching for a holiday resort with an external generator.
