  No strategy in place and that Fiffi the minister has no clue therefore the ppl under him has no plan to follow.

  Asuo, you're so right. Pathetic excuses. Just goes to show they don't have the interests of the ordinary people at heart. Yet these small scale farmers are the life blood of the country
