It is a congratulation because your Country can keep scarce resources and use them for positive piurposes pipe borne water, health, good roads etc. In a Nation where the local currency is sliding and there is so much poverty (just like in Nigeria), Ghana cant afford to host another Afcon. Ghana histed with us in 2000 and hosted another one thereafter. How many times does Ghana need to host Afcon in 15 years. If GhANA had been chosen, it would mean Ghana would have hosted Afcon 3 times in 15 years(average of 5 years each). Your Government should use the money to uplift the living conditions of Ghanaians.So, congratulations to Ghanaians and sorry to Ghana.
