  This is absolute nonsense, excuse my words this morning folks. SSNIT is taking over 12% of workers contributions and you wnat them to divert attention to 5%. SSNIT should be opened up to competition where worker could choose when persion scheme to join. 2nd 3rd tiers are not the answers.

  SSNIT have woefully failed to address the difficulties of the Ghanaian worker. After receiving 18% monthly contributions from the Ghanaian work SSNIT have failed to pay a meaningful lampsom opon the numerous investments gained with our monies. Now if you are saying 5% contribution to be managed by a private scheme will pay the worker well on retirement then do same with the remaining 13% and stop deceiving us.
