    This IMF bailout package is peanuts.IT cannot make any difference.
    WE COULD HAVE RAISED THIS MONEY INTERNAL IF AMNESTY HAD BEEN GRANTED TO THE STATE LOOTERS TO BRING BACK ILL GOTTEN GAINS FROM BANKS ABROAD BACK TO GHANA.
