  The energy problems you laid out need to be more in the public's general knowledge.
  
  With political pressure it's mostly temporary and quick fixes that get the priority which makes managing these different institutions in a responsible way harder. A politician's term in office is short when compared to these long permanent solutions so a politician can't campaign and get credit.
  
  The more transparency there is to this energy issue, especially how the Hydro dams have had to run at minimum water levels for years and made to operate wastefully, the less political influence has this negative impact on energy growth and allow the birth of these permanent solutions.

  Ghana has a problem yes but this is made worst for the consumer by the silly yes SILLY way it is managed.
  The crisis is not managed with the consumer in mind. This has led to anger from all quarters. Electricity is needed for at least 4 hours per night and for two hours in the early morning
  All other times it should be off for domestic consumers. Business should have it from 8 to 5. The long hours the average Ghana person works is not increasing productivity but impeding it.Special facilities like hospitals will be able to be on for 24 hours from the electricity saved.
