NDC AND NPP HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP THE PLIGHT OF THE POOR. THEY HAVE BEEN MAKING EMPTY PROMISES OVER 20 YEARS AND THE POWER CRISIS CONTINUES. SOME OF THEM CARE ABOUT LOOTING RESOURCES TO HELP THEIR FAMILIES
