Management needs to use this to their advantage . When they strike go to court and file under a condition clause . Reduce pay by 30%. Cut all benefits and announce a date for divestiture . Lay 40% and re hire them at half pay rate. Ghanaians are full of them selves you can not grow with traditional mind set .
