It is only in Ghana would such a dishonorably idiot be on the government pay roll. Professor Mill should be solely blamed for imposing those criminals on us. After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

Your father did not but gave you the go-ahead. You did the job. Your grandfather then comes and tells you.. hey grandson tanks you but you will not be paid because I did not approve of this contract between you and your father. Will you agree to that nonsense! You have done your job whether partly or in full, and you must be paid . You can take you father to court and claim your money... That is why Woyome was awarded the claim by the earlier court! Ok??

I think this lawyer is right. ,,,As stated here... "The panel of justices ruled unanimously that the payment was unmerited since the allegedly abrogated contracts which formed the basis of Mr Woyome’s claims had no parliamentary endorsement".
The SC ruled on the constitutional clause that stated that Parliament must approve such contract and as this did not happen;, such a contract therefore did not exist so the government couldn't pay Woyome and the others.. The fact of the matter is that it is the government who ought to have presented the contract to parliament for endorsement and not the contractors. So Woyome and the others thought they had done some work that merit payment irrespective of the contract being approved or endorsed by parliament or not they have the right to be paid. Hence the judgement in his favour. NO ONESHOULD WORKS FOR FREE! Labour must be compensated: it is international law.. Woyome will likely refund NO money to the state. The government or state did cause this big financial loss...
