These people are misleading the president but the president if not aware should have done his homework very well before talking about a project on going when they don't even have a land for that project,Takoradi is not in Europe to make it hard for them to verify what was going on there before making such a blunder,people in the presidency can verify that or they can just pick up the phone to call somebody before finalizing that speech.
