    Keep dreaming. I would agree with you but currently there are significant arrears in so many areas - NHIA, Roads, School Feeding. the only way Ghana can keep going is to borrow to pay the arreas because of the loot.

    I don't see any reason why go through any paperwork, travel and all to get $940 billion. John Mahama can easily sweep that from under hid bed. How much is his 5-star hotel costing the Ghanaian tax payer?
