other material distributor politicians, what should we expect?

In which country in this world can we see a credible and dynamic politician
influencing a voter with either money
or any other material to by their vote?

This can only happen under NDC fucking regime which as a result our sovereignty is now hopeless and foolish.

If we sack them before the end of their contract, the EC would be sued and there would be a judgement debt hanging on our neck.

I always say a little bit of education makes people talk out of their anus! If you had a brain, you would know that the fisherman was represented by a good lawyer. In this case, the lawyer is even a member of parliament who had previously warned the EC long before the case that it was acting illegally. The coincidence of the same MP serving as this fisherman's lawyer should tell you that the fisherman himself may have been merely used by the MP to drive home his point to the EC.

I don't see why refusal of late submission is unconstitutional? Nana Konadu's application was rejected and court ruled in favor of EC. So I don't see what EC did wrong here.

As far as I know the EC solicits the services of private legal practitioners so NCCE should be educated before coming out with such abrasive statement.The EC has no legal department.
