"The drug barons are currently targeting Ghana making us a vulnerable nation hence we must toughen our national security at all our Airports. If Ms Ametefeh has been allegedly doing such manoeuvres since 2009 goodness knows how many of such people have used this method just because of their status in society as security around such people have been relaxed. No one can be trusted when it comes to such issues any more as our security is at stake. We should not even allow the VVIP section security to be relaxed so that unscrupulous people take advantage of such freedom afforded to them in the wake of this saga".

YOU DON'T WANT TO BE INSULTED BY PEOPLE YOU HAVE EMPLOYED WHEN YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW YOUR MONEY IS SPENT.
NDC DOES NOT WANT TO HEAR PROBITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ANYMORE.
GHANAIANS have given 26 years out of the country's 58 years to the NDC PARTY. We have seen nothing, but USELESS RULE. THEY ARE NOW KILLING SMALL BUSINESSES. VOTE THEM OUT IN 2016
YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE WHO HAVE PLANS TO BANK MILLIONS OF DOLLARS BEFORE THEY QUIT POLITICS TO LEAD YOU; they won't have time for you, they will be taking care of their own.
NEITHER DO YOU WANT PEOPLE WHO WILL WEAR LADIES GARMENT ON FOREIGN TRIPS.
THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DISGRACE YOU.
To get your life back and be respected all over the world VOTE NDC OUT IN 2016
VOTE THE CLUELESS, NO VISION, IDEAS STARVED AND HOPELESS YOUNG MAN OUT IN 2016

People caught red handed in connection with drug dealings but has political connections with the ruling NDC government are set free from our courts.
So what is the big deal reporting about someone who had already served his sentence?
The entire country is being govern by criminals whose modus operandis is dealing in drugs for money to buy votes to illegally sustain themselves in political power.
All the Nyayeli's criminal accomplishes have been left the hook of the laws of the land because the leading man is the Nima base founder of friends of Mahama who distributed cars and cash reward to people to vote Mahama.
The drug barons are those unfortunately walking the corridors of political powers in Ghana.
I believe the America led international community is watching Ghana under Mahama.

This is an interesting coincidence with the freeing of suspects initially incriminated in the Nayele Cocaine case.
While, the two cases may have nothing in common in terms of the culprits involved, there is a certain strong sense of early eventual freedom for arrested culprits that minimizes the overall risk of indulging in these nefarious behaviors.
Who knows what assets of the culprits' that might have been hidden under pseudonyms or other relatives' accounts only to be released back to the criminals after the storm dies down on their cases?
We, in Ghana, have failed to monitor Wealth acquisition closely to enhance detecting probable financial crimes. Even our Constitutionally-mandated requirement for Government Officials to be screened and have their assets declared before and after their service to the Nation has never been implemented. It only exists on paper. Many Ghanaians even might claim no Law Enforcement Agency has the right to probe into their private asset acquisition. Many suspects might even claim sources of wealth to long existing family inheritance. Well, the days of saving Gold-nuggets and Gold-Dust in earthen pots, ('Aketekyiwa') under Palm Trees or in-between Buttresses are long gone. Many folks who do not even save in the Banks, these days, still cannot hide their money too far or too deep. Eventually, they would spend some of it to attract the attention that could invite questions on their wealth.
While we should not scare folks from making lots of money, we should encourage the to do so legally and pay their taxes due on it.
Long Live Ghana!!!
If only we could give the GRA and other Law Enforcement Agencies the power and means to follow up on reports or information of unreasonably high expenditure and/or accumulation of funds within a short period, we could reduce the incidence of such crimes.
Now that attention has been drawn to personal Accounts in safe havens around the World, the climate has been improved to tighten the loopholes and desires that drive the risk-taking in these crimes.
Long Live Ghana!!!

@GBC1, Mr Amoateng is in court for possession of fake passport on which he returned to Ghana From USA. So please get your facts right on issues before you make a comment. On Amoateng I still don't understand why he had to get a passport before coming to Ghana. I say this because as a convicted drug dealer after serving your time they will automatically deport you and when you arrive in Ghana, you are debrief by NACOB like this guy. At times some big men, rich guys, politicians that you think they shd know better behaves in certain manner that makes you sit back and say wow this guy is afterall not smart or 'intelligent' after all.

Why are we blaming the dealers? I blame these current government for not doing enough to tackle the problem in Ghana.
Can we all remember the case of Naa Ayele's troubles here in London? and the Question is, What about her boy friend? who has taken his brother's
advantageous position? and the whole thing is, let's all keep our fingers cross and wait until that party was ousted out of power and see the difference and is just a matter of time and patience.

The Mahama-led NDC gov't's cocaine business has received a boost, with the freeing of the Mahama-led NDC gov't's appointed ex security capo of Kotoka International Airport Mr. Adelaquaye and a very strong confidant and bosom friend of one time National security coordinator Gbevlo-Lartey, and the recent notorious NDC drug Tsarina Ruby Ametefe aka Ruby Mahama's cocaine cartel, and also, the NDC drug baron who also doubles as the aide to Mr. Terlabi, a current deputy minister in the Mahama-led NDC administration and an NDC organizer in the Eastern region in the lower Manya Krobo Constituency, David Tettey Kwame.
Not to mention the NDC drug Tsar Alhaji Dawud credited with commandeering the VVIP lounge of the KIA and controlling the lounge and turning it into everything cocaine with respect to the importation and exportation of the cocaine and all manner of psychotropic and psychedelic substanes by the Mahama-led NDC gov't.
Clearly, the Mahama-led NDC gov't's dream team of everything cocaine has been assembled and Ghana should be very afraid for it's image and for the country.
