This will prevent owners from selling them to unsuspecting potential developers. This will save the economy of the country from loses and victims of such horrible experiences. Prospective developers too should do due diligence when acquiring plots of land for property development. Sorry guys.

Please all city authorities should make sure they inspect areas suspected to be flood prone to start working on how to prevent serious floods when the rains sets in fully. God is hinting us that we should prepare for rains and also prepare for disasters. Please City authorities should start doing something now before the rains sets in fully.
