    Surely another propaganda. In one breath 500mw in another 8mw then it shift to 85% complete to be increased to 1000mw in 2015. The story is not logical and just another gimmick from some useless sqealors

    Ghana is doing nothing, except talking! All infrastructure projects are build and paid by foreigners, there is not enough knowledge in Ghana, and the money is in corrupt hands or wasted!
