The president has been saying that he tried to introduce electronic payment and acquisition systems into the public sector {to reduce human contact with cash} in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.

This has become so monotonous that Ghanaians are beginning to wonder whether the president is actually serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or it's just another crocodile's tears to deceive Ghanaians into believing that he is making an effort, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling HIPC nation.
Why should Ghanaians hire a president that can't even introduce an electronic system successfully into the public sector to save us from criminals masquerading as civil servants? Mr. Mahama must be seen to be fighting corruption with all his might rather than go on lamenting helplessly like the rest of us who hired him to do the job.

Afriyie Ankrah looted and upon uttering the famous words "open sesame" in the story of Ali Baba and the 40 thieves, he was gleefully welcomed into the grotto of Ghana's economic collapse, described by Prof. Amoako as the den of criminals.
Adu Asare is also in there so it's no surprise he's defending Mahama Ayariga.
Besides the record is clear. The Mahama-led NDC gov't is thieving the resources of the state and the evidence is there to support this position.
The Supreme Court has given it's verdict of a number of such cases, and incidentally, a former Attorney General Martin Alamisi Benz Kaiser Amidu-Citizen Vigilante was forcefully shoved out, when he suffered a bout of consciousness and resolved to stem the tide of wanton thievery by the Mahama-led NDC gov't. It never happened and today, Ghana is in a financial and economic catastrophe and chaos. So what is Adu Asare going on about?

The notorious National Liberation Movement (NLM) formed in Kumasi which tormented Ghanaian including the throwing of bombs and killing may innocent citizens during the time of Dr Kwame Nkrumah and eventually caused his overthrow on 24th February, 1966,and whose predecessors are the NPP are up in the arms again. It is not surprising that the current terror group MFC choosed 24th Febraury, to organise their demonstration in Kumasi, a day that coincide with the overthrow of Kwame Nkrumah. To them, it is day for celebration of the overthrow of Nkrumah and nothing else. That is the black day in the Country's history and it is only a terror group like NPP can rejoice over it.

This advice goes to my NPP brothers and sisters in the Ashanti region not to allow themselves to be used by politician such as Nana Nana Akuffo-Addo to create unnecessary tension in Kumasi and Ghana in general.

I am NPP member and hate the bad governance and coruption in President Mahama government, however, President Mahama has been duly elected by the good people of Ghana to lead for four years, and if after four years we don't like what is going on, we vote him out.

Why do we have to create these tensions which does not achieve anything or make NANA Akuffo-Addo to become President overnight but rather driving investors to the country and also driving floating voters from the NPP. Is it only NPP capable of ruling Ghana?

My advice to Nana Addo who has already failed us twice but still bought and corrupted the delegates to lead again for 2016 instead of leaving the scene for competent people like Alan and Bawumia, to instruct the experts in NPP, especially on energy to come out with alternative measures that can end the 'dumsor dumsor' for Ghanaians to know that we are serious and have the policies to end the energy problem in the country.

My final advice goes to NPP youth in Ashanti region not to let Nana Akuffo-Addo comment of All die be die to deceive them to make unnecessary tension in Kumasi because that all die be die was a stupid comment, and rather know that, not all die be die - some due are stupid and crazy die. We all support NPP but think before you do something. Think that, if I go out to this 24 February demo and get injured who is going to cater for me and my family. Think whether if you die nana will come and look after your family. Think whether nana addo will allow his children to be at the front line. Think whether any politician will come and put money of food on your table.

Please, do not let any politician fool you to put your life at risk while their children are enjoying life in London and America.

Any group violating the court injunction could then be held to have violated the law and the proper law enforcement actions taken. Again, this is how democracy works

Ghanaians are very fortunate but all of you should listen to news about Syria, Libya, Ukraine and some more. Even the troubles in northern Nigeria, Niger, Chad and so on.People are being killed in their own country. The police should not allow any of them to demonstrate. It is baseless and useless. Other violent terrorists can join them and cause more trouble bigger than the 'Dumsor'.
